Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your return tracking information until the return has been received and processed.

Original Packaging

Please keep the original box and packaging materials until you are sure you want to keep the item. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.

Return Condition

Returned items must be clean, unused or in like-new condition, and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not returned in acceptable condition may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable return-related costs.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment card. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
